Terms of service
Effective July 2026. These terms explain how Selah's handles laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, pickup and delivery bookings.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed through WhatsApp, phone or in person at the Ntinda-Kisaasi Road premises. A booking is confirmed when Selah's agrees the service, items, timing and any pickup or delivery arrangement.
Pricing and extra charges
Published prices are shown in UGX and may vary where garment type, fabric, stains, decoration, size, express timing or delivery distance requires extra handling. Selah's confirms the final price basis before service begins.
Turnaround time
Standard turnaround is usually 24-48 hours. Same-day or express service may be available when capacity allows and should be confirmed before pickup or drop-off.
Garment condition and care
Customers should point out stains, tears, loose buttons, delicate fabrics, colour bleeding concerns, ornaments, weak seams and items of high personal or financial value before cleaning. Some stains or existing damage may not be fully removable.
Selah's handles garments with care, but cleaning results depend on fabric condition, prior treatment, stain age and manufacturer care instructions.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are arranged by location and availability. Delivery cost depends on the area and is confirmed before pickup. Customers should be reachable at the agreed time or arrange a new time by WhatsApp.
Payment
Selah's accepts cash and mobile money. Payment timing is confirmed during booking or at collection/delivery.
Unclaimed items and issues
If an item is delayed, damaged, missing or disputed, contact Selah's as soon as possible with the booking details. Any claim is reviewed based on the item record, garment condition, service requested and the circumstances of the order.
Google reviews
Customers may leave a public review on Google after service. Reviews are optional and should reflect the customer's real experience. Selah's does not publish customer testimonial quotes on this website unless exact wording and permission are separately approved.
